Advanced Divisions

For Time, Partitioned Any Way:

40 Ring Muscle Ups
80 Calorie Row
120 Wall Balls

Men: 20 lb Wallball to 10' Target | Women: 14 lb Wall Ball to 9' Target

Intermediate Divisions

For Time, Partitioned Any Way:

40 Pull-Ups
80 Calorie Row
120 Wall Balls

Men: 14 lb Wallball to 10' Target | Women: 10 lb Wall Ball to 9' Target

If able to complete the workout under the time cap, your score is the total amount of repetitions, which is 240, and your finishing time as the Tie-Breaker. If you are unable to finish under the Time Cap, your score will be the amount of completed repetitions with your Tie-Breaker time of your last completed set of Box Jumps or Pistols.

If you are competing in Constant Competitor's Advanced Division, follow the standards for Rx competitors.

If you are competing in Constant Competitor's Intermediate Division, follow the standards for Scaled competitors.

**It is not necessary to submit video proof of the Open workouts for verification. Open scores will be verified against your submissions to the Open leaderboards! If you are not on the official Open Leaderboards, a video submission will be required to verify your score**
