Advanced Divisions

As Many Repetitions as Possible in 20:00 of:

4 Dumbbell Thrusters
6 Toes to Bar
24 Double Unders

Men: 50 lb Dumbbells
Women: 35 lb Dumbbells

Intermediate Divisions

As Many Repetitions as Possible in 20:00 of:

4 Dumbbell Thrusters
6 Knee Raises
24 Single Unders

Men: 35 lb Dumbbells
Women: 20 lb Dumbbells

If unable to finish under the Time Cap, your score will be read as 15 minutes + 1 second for every incomplete repetition. For instance: if you are unable to finish under the time cap with 25 repetitions remaining your score will be 15:25

If you are competing in Constant Competitor's Advanced Division, follow the standards for Rx competitors.

If you are competing in Constant Competitor's Intermediate Division, follow the standards for Scaled competitors.

**It is not necessary to submit video proof of the Open workouts for verification. Open scores will be verified against your submissions to the Open leaderboards!**
